La Tahzan

La Tahzan : Don't be sad is the famous book of Shaykh Aaidh ibnAbdullah al-Qarni

We become sad , frustrate. Mostly we focus what we have not get in our life but our life is full of assets. We have got lot's of things that we never feel. Focus on what you have.

Life is short , it's beautiful. And Allah(s.w.t) loves us. Give thanks to Allah and be happy :) .

Praise be to Allah.

Allah is the Most Merciful, Most Compassionate, and He is the Most Merciful of those who show mercy. His Mercy encompasses all things. Allah says (interpretation of the meaning):

“… and My Mercy embraces all things.” [7:156]

In Saheeh Muslim it is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah has one hundred parts of mercy, of which He sent down one between the jinn, mankind, the animals and the insects, by means of which they are compassionate and merciful to one another, and by means of which wild animals are kind to their offspring. And Allah has kept back ninety-nine parts of mercy with which to be merciful to His slaves of the Day of Resurrection.” (Muslim, al-Tawbah, 6908)

我们变得悲伤，沮丧。我们主要关注的是我们生活中没有得到的东西，但我们的生活充满了资产。我们有很多我们从未感受过的事情。专注于你拥有的。

生命短暂，美丽。真主（s.w.t）爱我们。感谢真主并且快乐:)。

赞美真主。

安拉是最仁慈，最富有同情心的人，他是那些怜悯的人中最仁慈的人。他的仁慈包含了所有的东西。安拉说（意义的解释）：

“......我的慈悲包含万物。”[7：156]

在Saheeh穆斯林中，从Abu Hurayrah（愿真主对他感到高兴）讲述先知（安拉的平安和祝福在他身上）说：“真主有一百个怜悯，其中他在一个之间送了一个人类，动物和昆虫，通过它们彼此富有同情心和仁慈，野生动物对它们的后代友好。真主已经挽回九十九部分怜悯，以怜悯他复活日的奴仆。“（穆斯林，al-Tawbah，6908）
